Mary-Lou and her brother, Chris, first came to us when they were about 5
months old. A lady in the Greensville/Dundas area discovered them in
her backyard and managed to trap them. They were both very nervous and
skittish and we placed them in a foster home with more kittens their
age. When all the other kittens were adopted, Chris and Mary-Lou still
hadn't been chosen and still remained very shy. They are currently in
another foster home and get along well with the other cats but they are
still very cautious around people. We know that it may not be possible for
them get a home together and, nice as that might be, we’re sure they
would be fine going to separate homes. They will both need families
with lots of patience and understanding, willing to take the time to
win their trust and affection.
