TEDDY

Adult male, neutered
Jack Russell terrier mix
long-hair
white and tan
10 years old

Teddy is not in the care of AWA but is being shown on our website to help find him a home.

Teddy is an adorable little Jack Russell terrier mix who needs a good home.  He was boarding at Gagemount Animal Hospital at Christmas when his owner was involved in a very bad car accident and now she is no longer able to care for him.  Dr. King and the caring staff at Gagemount are looking for just the right home for Teddy.  This cute little guy is not the typical hyperactive Jack Russell and, being older, he is much calmer than the stereotype of his breed.  He is very well-behaved, house trained and likes to play with his toys and go for walks.  He is good with cats (he knows they are the boss) but it would be best if he were the only dog.  He would be ideal for an older person in a quiet home but might also be alright in a home with well-behaved, quiet children who have been taught to be gentle with animals.  Teddy is in good health, his vaccinations are up to date and he will be getting a dental cleaning quite soon.

If you think that you could offer Teddy the kind of home he needs, please call Gagemount Animal Hospital at 905-389-7387 for more information and to make an appointment to visit him.  Adoption arrangements are to be made directly with Gagemount.
