Hi there, my name is Lacey, I adopted Ellen last year on Feb. 19, 2003.  I just wanted to take a moment to thank you so much and to give you an update on how she is doing.  First off, she is a very smart cat and has learnt a lot of tricks; she can open the cupboard - that's where the food and treats are.  I think that maybe she was a dog in another life because Ellen can out-fetch any dog.  For hours I'll throw her red & green ball from her friends here at the AWA and she runs right back and drops it at my feet.  As well, she has to be the biggest baby - she has her own blanket & she will wrap this blanket around herself BUT not without her stuffed purple bunny.  Ellen is a very sweet cat and loves to make friends with anyone who comes her way.  She has a way of making the worst day into a great one and she warms my heart and makes me smile.  So thanks again AWA for the world's most PURRRRRfect Cat........
